What You Get:

• Home Weekly!
• Pay Between $0.70 - $0.84 CPM Based on Experience
• Our Driver's Average $100K+ Per Person | $200K+ Per Team
• Guaranteed $1,250 Per Week Minimum - As Long as The Driver is Available to Work
• Guarantee $250 Per Day for Every Day a Driver is Requested to Come to Work (Even if the pay generated by the work that day work doesn't exceed the daily minimum of $250)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections to Ensure Safety + Compliance
• Adhere to All Traffic Laws and Regulations while Driving
• Ability to use Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
• Communicate Effectively with Dispatchers and Other Team Members Regarding Delivery Schedules and Various Issues that May Arise

What is Required:

• Valid CDL A with 1+ Years of Verifiable Tractor Trailer Experience
• Or Have Graduated from a FedEx Approved School During the Past 12 Months
• No Felonies During the Past 10 Years
• Strong Understanding of Safety Regulations Related to Transportation
• Organized and Able to Manage Time to Meet Tight Deadlines 
• Ability to Hook & Unhook Trailers and Dolly
• Strong Communication Skills for Effective Interaction with Team Members
