Responsibilities: - Lead and manage carpet cleaning projects from start to finish.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and techniques.
- Perform deep cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and solutions.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for carpet care.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Document and report job progress and customer feedback accurately.
Requirements: - Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Certification in carpet cleaning preferred but not required.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
