Job DescriptionAs a Canvasser, youll represent our brand in neighborhoods throughout Tampa Bay, knocking on doors and engaging with homeowners to schedule free consultations for home improvement projects. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently speak with people from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities - Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation
- Educate prospects about our services and current promotions
- Collect contact information and schedule free consultations
- Track leads and interactions using a mobile app or lead sheet
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications - Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to walk for extended periods
- Prior sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
