About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in helping families and individuals enroll in our swim programs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll assist both new and existing customers by answering questions, recommending the right swim programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, solving problems, and providing top-notch service.

What You'll Do
Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, chat, and text to assist with questions about swim lessons.
Provide personalized service by identifying swim levels, enrolling customers in lessons, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Process and document customer requests, including enrollment changes, in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with swim school locations and internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude that enhances brand loyalty.
Ensure the accuracy and security of all customer information.
Meet performance expectations related to customer service, sales, quality, and attendance.

Technology Requirements
A personal computer and headset (not provided).
A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps upload and download speed.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish (a plus, but not required).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM MST
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM MST
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM MST
Variable schedules available (weekend availability required).
