Little Owl Cafe, nestled in the heart of Fairbanks, AK, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our team and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. If you have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a love for all things coffee, we’d love to hear from you!

As our Cafe Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive and productive environment for both staff and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Managing and mentoring cafe staff to ensure top-notch service.
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders to keep our shelves stocked.
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Assisting in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory position, preferably in a cafe or food service setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
-A basic understanding of Google Docs and Apple devices
