About the Role:

• Gain hands-on experience in business operations at a fast-growing restaurant brand.
• Work closely with departments including operations, HR, accounting, and leadership.
• Participate in day-to-day administrative and operational support tasks.
• Ideal for students or recent graduates seeking exposure to multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document handling, and data entry.
• Support the accounting team with invoice processing and records maintenance.
• Help with HR tasks including recruitment coordination and onboarding support.
• Contribute to scheduling, supply tracking, and other operations-related duties.
• Provide basic customer service and communication support as needed.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and help with internal project coordination.
• Conduct store-level checks or assist with compliance documentation if assigned.
• Support special projects assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and work independently.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Business, Management, or related degree program preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts).
