New Gig Solutions is seeking a skilled bookkeeper for a client in the tax industry . This is a client-facing role , requiring strong communication skills and expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD).

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping tasks using QBO and QBD
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist clients with accounting and financial processes
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with tax professionals to support client needs

Qualifications:

• Experience in bookkeeping (preferably in the tax industry)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
