Job Description

At Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care, our office teams play a crucial role that extends beyond administrative tasks and paperwork. While our caregivers deliver vital medical support, we ensure that all aspects of our patients' needs are addressed. Our relationships, founded on trust, are the cornerstone of communication within our interdisciplinary teams.

We believe that end-of-life care should never feel transactional, regardless of economic factors. Together, we strive to make each moment count, providing comfort and meaning not just to the patients but also to their loved ones, who will cherish these memories forever.
