Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant - Arcadia
Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Are you an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll provide crucial support to our operations by assisting with a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting with rendering timesheets and various clerical tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service

To succeed in this position, you'll need to have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, and Google Docs. Computer savvy and knows how to use office equipment; copier, fax, etc. You'll also need to have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be comfortable working in a hybrid role, splitting time between working a few days in the office and remotely.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, and Google Docs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer and equipment savvy

Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
We offer a competitive pay $18-$21.00
