We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join the Quantrell Automotive Group team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to industry standards and regulations. Qualifications for hire: Dealership accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Strong computer skills Great attitude and work ethic Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR and drug test. • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to industry standards and regulations
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade- ins
• Various billing duties including wholesale and dealer trades
• Reconcile associated schedules
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Proactively communicate with your supervisor and store department staff
• Communicate errors, unusual items, proposed solutions and process improvement opportunities
• Other duties, as assigned
