Our portfolio spans brand, campaigns, content, events, and partner marketing, with a consistent focus on connection, clarity, and impact. We're looking for an Associate Creative Director who's comfortable moving between direction and ideation. Whether handed a clear brief or starting from scratch, you know how to turn creative sparks into work that resonates and delivers. Reporting to our Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding creative across campaigns, brand experiences, and partner marketing from concept through execution. You'll work across all mediums including digital, social, web, print, and physical experiences. This is a chance to flex your creative range, collaborate across disciplines, and shape work that moves the brand and the business forward. You'll lead and mentor a small team of creatives while partnering closely with writers, strategists, marketers, and business leaders across Slalom. We're looking for someone who can elevate the work, foster strong collaboration, and uphold high standards without ego.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop creative solutions that bring others' ideas to life
  • Generate thoughtful, visually compelling concepts aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead creative execution across campaigns, content, and brand experiences
  • Work across digital, social, print, events, web, and more
  • Mentor and manage a team of creatives with clarity and empathy
  • Collaborate across teams including brand, content, events, industry and partner marketing
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate objectives into standout creative
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all deliverables

What We're Looking For:

  • 8-12 years of creative experience in agency or in-house environments
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and multi-channel execution
  • Proven leadership experience, inspiring and coaching creative teams
  • Comfortable creating from scratch or refining existing concepts
  • Ability to navigate feedback, collaborate across disciplines, and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Clear communicator with a keen eye for detail and strong creative instincts
  • Experience in B2B or professional services preferred but not required

Who You'll Work With:

Join Slalom's Global Marketing team, a collective of curious, collaborative individuals dedicated to impactful work and supportive team dynamics. We prioritize integrity, agility, and building brands that resonate authentically. If you're eager to grow, innovate, and create meaningful work, we'd love to connect.

From strategy through delivery, our agile teams across 52 offices in 12 countries collaborate with clients to bring powerful customer experiences, innovative ways of working, and new products and services to life. We are trusted by leaders across the Global 1000.
