We're looking for an Associate Creative Director who's comfortable moving between direction and ideation. Whether handed a clear brief or starting from scratch, you know how to turn creative sparks into work that resonates and delivers. Reporting to our Creative Director, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding creative across campaigns, brand experiences, and partner marketing from concept through execution. You'll work across all mediums including digital, social, web, print, and physical experiences. This is a chance to flex your creative range, collaborate across disciplines, and shape work that moves the brand and the business forward. You'll lead and mentor a small team of creatives while partnering closely with writers, strategists, marketers, and business leaders across Slalom. We're looking for someone who can elevate the work, foster strong collaboration, and uphold high standards without ego.
