*Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation & Personal Injury (Plaintiff’s Firm)*

The Law Offices of Peter F. Ferracuti, P.C. is seeking a motivated *Associate Attorney* to join our Plaintiff’s Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury practice. We are a well-established Illinois law firm dedicated to advocating for injured workers and accident victims, and we are looking for an attorney eager to build their career in this rewarding field. *Position Details:*

* *Practice Areas:* Workers’ Compensation & Personal Injury (Plaintiff’s side)
* *Compensation:* Negotiable based upon experience, starting at *$50,000.00+ based upon experience. Profit sharing available. Please note it does make us post a range *but *wage will be based on *experience*. *
* *Benefits Package:*

* $15,000 life insurance policy fully paid by our office
* *Schedule:* Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility discussions possible

*Qualifications:*

* J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois Bar
* Strong research, writing, and communication skills
* A commitment to client advocacy and an interest in litigation
* Prior experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
