Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Attorneys with business or insurance litigation experience for a well-established law firm specializing in business and insurance litigation.

Responsibilities :

• Handle business and insurance litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategies.
• Meet billable hour requirements of 1850 annually.

Qualifications :

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license.
• 3-5+ years of experience in business or insurance litigation.
• Strong work ethic with exceptional research and writing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex cases.
