Job Description
Licensed Apprentice Electrician
Minimum 3 Years Experience
Responsibilities:
Run and install wire and circuits according to blueprints and specifications
Rough-in and trim-out work for commercial electrical systems
Bend and install conduit (EMT, PVC, etc.)
Build and install raceways and wire up a variety of electrical devices
Install and wire switchgear, transformers, and panels
Trim and terminate MCHL cable
Perform grounding and bonding in compliance with code
Install lighting systems and fire alarm devices
Read and interpret blueprints & schematics
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a commercial electrician
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints
Knowledge of NEC and local codes
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
Must be able to pass a drug test
