Analyst – Equities Trade Support

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Equities Trade Support team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in global equity markets, develop strong operational expertise, and contribute to the smooth functioning of post-trade processes within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the trade support team, you will:

  • Assist with post-trade activities, ensuring trades are accurately booked, monitored, and settled in a timely manner.
  • Learn to use Fidessa and other trading systems to help manage trade bookings, adjustments, and workflow processes.
  • Support both U.S. and international equity transactions, including ADR/ORD activity.
  • Participate in daily reconciliations, exception monitoring, and preparation of management reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless settlement.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing straight-through processing and settlement efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking for management oversight.
  • Partner with colleagues to stay current with evolving regulatory and industry practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong interest in equities markets and financial operations; prior internship or related experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with the ability to work with and analyze data.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
