Job Title: AI Model Optimizer(US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing machine learning models to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement advanced optimization techniques such as hyperparameter tuning model pruning and quantization to enhance model efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and refine data preprocessing pipelines to ensure highquality inputs for training and evaluation.
• Design and execute experiments to test new algorithms features and optimization strategies documenting findings and best practices.
• Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate optimized models into production systems.
• Establish metrics and monitoring systems to track model performance over time ensuring sustained improvements.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning applying relevant findings to optimize our models.
• Maintain thorough documentation of model optimization processes methodologies and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on model optimization techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience in machine learning model development and optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Julia with experience in ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms and tools for model deployment and optimization (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Experience in model evaluation metrics and techniques for assessing model performance.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience in working in agile development environments is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
