Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The position is a temporary-to-hire role located in Menands, NY. The role involves assisting with eligibility determination for clients and providing support within a dynamic team. The position is temporary for approximately 4 months, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Duties:

• Answer and triage calls on the program's eligibility hotline

• Process program applications

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills Needed:

• Customer and call center service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

The position is based in a professional office environment
