An opportunity is available for a licensed California Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to support students from PK through 12th grade at a K-12 school. This full-semester contract position spans the entire school year, providing a consistent teaching environment from August 25, 2025, through June 11, 2026.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing adaptive physical education programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities. The role involves collaborating with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff to promote physical development, motor skills, and overall wellness in an inclusive learning setting. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adjusting activities to enhance engagement and meet individualized education plans (IEPs) are also key components.

This position requires a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break.
