Part Time and Full Time positions available Parking Lot Attendants are responsible for the efficient and safe flow of traffic through our Village Center arrival and drop-off zone and our parking lots on property. Responsibilities & Duties: Monitors guests in the load zone to ensure they follow proper load/unload procedures (i.e., flashers, time limit, do not leave vehicles unattended). Directs and controls traffic to ensure efficient traffic flow on resort property, including the Drop-Off zone. Ensure guests are parked in designated areas. Communicates with shuttle driver to ensure guests are picked up in a timely manner. Completes daily shift paperwork where applicable. Assists guests with unloading equipment and out of their vehicles when necessary. Directs guests to resort services and amenities. Helps guests with issues and inquiries following Jiminy Peak’s Standards of Friendly and Helpful Guest Service. Actively picks up trash and debris from lots at the beginning and throughout shifts and shoveling/sanding when needed. Responsible for the daily vehicle count. Plows parking lot areas upon Manager’s request, provided the employee is qualified to perform such tasks. Qualifications: Available weekends and holidays. Must be professional in appearance. Able to work standing up for extended periods of time. Able to withstand extreme weather conditions. Possess strong oral communication skills. Must be guest service oriented and possess a desire to work with the public. Safety conscious and oriented. Must be 14 years or older.
